Configurable Clinical Research Platform Launch

I played a pivotal role in leading the successful launch of a new configurable clinical research platform at Koneksa Health, which revolutionized remote patient data collection and health data visualization for informed health researcher decision-making, leveraging digital biomarkers as clinical endpoints.

Our platform seamlessly integrates both point-in-time and continuous data collection, incorporating patient-reported questionnaires and health measures via mobile devices. It also integrates data from digital health devices such as the Apple Watch, Actigraph devices, and Withings blood pressure cuffs, enabling comprehensive patient biometric data collection. The clinician-facing interface provides insights into patient compliance, facilitating appropriate study monitoring and patient outreach activities, ensuring patient safety, data accuracy, and efficacy in addressing the primary research question, thereby advancing healthcare research and innovation.

I supported a 9-month development lifecycle from a 0-1 product to ensure the timely delivery of the platform. This was achieved through cross-functional collaboration involving a robust team of designers, engineers, local and offshore quality assurance team members, and associate level product managers.

Additionally, I managed the product release, ensuring accurate product understanding among primary users upon platform launch. This involved developing an internal resource hub for accessing training materials, formal release announcements and presentations, and conducting product training sessions.
